We collect account information needed to operate the service, workspace configuration details, billing metadata from Stripe, and the run history needed to show audit logs, approvals, and dashboard views.
API tokens used to connect Jira or Taiga are stored encrypted at rest. The product does not intentionally expose raw credentials in the UI or audit views.
Data is used to authenticate users, execute configured automation cycles, render dashboards, support billing, and improve product reliability and security.
ScrumPulse may rely on infrastructure and billing providers to operate the service. We do not sell customer data. Access is limited to what is necessary to provide and secure the service.
Operational history and billing records may be retained for product, support, legal, and security needs. Customers running self-hosted deployments control their own storage and retention policies.
